How do I sign up?

Thanks for choosing CoinJar! Signing up for your own CoinJar is simple:

1. Download the CoinJar App: Available on the iOS App Store and Google Play Store.   
2. Create Your Account: Open the app and select  'Sign Up.'                                                                 
3. Enter Your Email: Provide your email address. 
4. Review Terms: Read CoinJar's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. If you agree, click 'Agree.'    
5. Complete Your Details: Enter your first and last name and set a secure password.                        
6. Activate Your Account: You will receive an email with an activation link. Click this link to activate your account.
7. Sign In: Log in to your CoinJar account and choose your username.

You'll also need to verify your identity so you can use your CoinJar with your bank account. Finally, be sure to set up Enhanced Security so your CoinJar is as secure as possible. 

Who can use CoinJar?

We require CoinJar members to be at least eighteen years of age.

Residents of Ireland can complete ID verification to deposit and withdraw EUR and trade cryptocurrencies.

Residents of the United Kingdom and Australia can complete ID verification to deposit and withdraw EUR, GBP, AUD and trade cryptocurrencies.
