- Visit https://secure.coinjar.com/users/password/new.
- Enter your email and select "Send reset instructions". An email will be sent to the email address you've entered - provided it is associated with an active CoinJar.
- Select the link provided in the email to be directed to a page where you can enter your new password.
CoinJar website will not load
If you're using an ad blocker, or some other browser plugin that would prevent Google Analytics from operating normally, please try disabling it or adding CoinJar to any whitelist option available. Using an alternative web browser or device will also allow you to sign in if this is the case.
Enhanced Security is preventing you from signing in
If you change, erase or lose your Enhanced Security (Multi Factor Authentication) secondary device you'll need to remove it from the Enhanced Security section in 'Settings' to be able to continue using your CoinJar Account.
