Reporting a misplaced Swipe card

If you've misplaced your CoinJar Swipe you should immediately report this to us via one of the following methods:

  1. Submit a support request.
  2. Leave a support voicemail at +61 3 8518 4868.

Please remember to include the following information in your report:

Providing you've kept your PIN secure, you won't be liable for any charges after the time you leave the report.  A Support Specialist will be in touch to confirm once we've canceled your card.

Please be aware that there may be a fee for reissuing a Swipe card
