If you've misplaced your CoinJar Swipe you should immediately report this to us via one of the following methods:
- Submit a support request.
- Leave a support voicemail at +61 3 8518 4868.
Please remember to include the following information in your report:
- Email address
- Date of birth
- Last 4 digits of your Swipe card number (found in your CoinJar Accounts dashboard)
Providing you've kept your PIN secure, you won't be liable for any charges after the time you leave the report. A Support Specialist will be in touch to confirm once we've canceled your card.
Please be aware that there may be a fee for reissuing a Swipe card.
