Reporting a misplaced Swipe card

If your CoinJar Swipe has been lost or stolen, you should report this to our card provider as soon as possible, and let our Support Team know so they can disable your Swipe account.

  1. Contact eMerchants (1300 739 889).
  2. Submit a new Support request
