We are writing to inform you that CoinJar will be delisting the Enjin (ENJ) token. Enjin has transitioned from the Ethereum blockchain to its native Enjin blockchain, and CoinJar does not plan to support this new chain. Below, we outline how it will affect you, and the next steps you should take.
How Will This Affect You?
-
Buying and Selling:
- Customers won’t be able to purchase ENJ from 13/8/2024.
- Customers with an existing ENJ balance can sell their tokens until 23/8/2024, subject to market conditions.
- Deposits and Withdrawals: For a limited time, you can send and receive ENJ using the CoinJar app.
- CoinJar Card: As of 23/8/2024, you can no longer use ENJ with your CoinJar Card.
- Bundle Updates: All ENJ balances in any Bundles you hold will be transferred out of bundles into your ENJ account.
- CoinJar Exchange (CJX) Pairs: ENJ trading pairs (ENJ/AUD, ENJ/USD, ENJ/EUR, ENJ/GBP, ENJ/USDC) will remain listed on the CoinJar Exchange for the time being but will be delisted shortly after the selling period ends on 23/8/2024.
Timelines
- Unbundle Date: The unbundling of ENJ from affected bundles will occur on 13th August 2024.
- Selling Period: You can sell ENJ until 23rd August 2024, subject to market conditions.
- CJX Delisting: ENJ will be delisted from CoinJar Exchange shortly after the selling period ends.
Next Steps
-
For existing ENJ Holders: CoinJar recommends that you consider selling ENJ tokens or withdrawing ENJ from your CoinJar account to your external wallet using the Ethereum network (ERC20)
- For Bundle Holders: All ENJ balances in any Bundles you hold will be automatically transferred out of bundles into your ENJ account on 13/8/24. You can sell ENJ tokens until 23/8/24 or withdraw ENJ once the transfer is completed.
