I’ve just added my bank details. Where are the deposits?
Deposits can take 1-3 days to be credited to your bank account. Usually, they will arrive within a day, but you may need to wait the full three days.
Remember to only link once. Repeatedly removing and adding the same bank account can make it harder to link.
It’s been ages — the deposits never arrived. What can I do?
Make sure that you’ve entered the correct BSB and account number. If these details are wrong, the deposits will never arrive in your bank account.
But if you have entered the wrong details — don’t worry. Just click ‘Remove’ and add the bank account once again, with the correct details.
The app won’t accept my name. I can’t even start linking!
