I’ve just added my bank details. Where are the deposits?
Previously, CoinJar sent 2 small deposits to verify that your bank account was valid and active. If you've received these deposits, no further action is required. To finalise linking your bank account, you now simply need to make a PayID or bank transfer deposit of any amount to your CoinJar from your bank account.
I've made a deposit but my bank account is still not verified. Why is that?
To successfully link your bank account, you'll need to make a PayID or bank transfer deposit from the bank account you wish to link. Other deposit methods like Blueshyft cannot be used for bank account verification.
