Supported Regions

What regions are supported?

Members in the following regions will be able to complete activation of their CoinJar account and identity verification:

  • Australia: You must be a citizen of Australia or hold a valid Australian visa. 
  • Ireland: You must be a citizen of Ireland or have the right to reside in Ireland.
  • United Kingdom: You must be a citizen of the United Kingdom or have the right to reside in the United Kingdom, or be a citizen of the United Kingdom's self-governed dependencies (the Bailiwick of Guernsey, the Bailiwick of Jersey, and the Isle of Man). 
  • Supported states in the U.S. (Please visit this article for more information)
  • Germany: You must be a citizen of Germany or have the right to reside in Germany.
  • Greece: You must be a citizen of Greece or have the right to reside in Greece.
  • Slovakia: You must be a citizen of Slovakia or have the right to reside in Slovakia.
  • Croatia: You must be a citizen of Croatia or have the right to reside in Croatia.
  • Lithuania: You must be a citizen of Lithuania or have the right to reside in Lithuania.
  • Slovenia: You must be a citizen of Slovenia or have the right to reside in Slovenia.
  • Latvia: You must be a citizen of Latvia or have the right to reside in Latvia.
  • Estonia: You must be a citizen of Estonia or have the right to reside in Estonia.
  • Cyprus: You must be a citizen of Cyprus or have the right to reside in Cyprus.
  • Malta: You must be a citizen of Malta or have the right to reside in Malta.
  • Finland: You must be a citizen of Finland or have the right to reside in Finland.
  • Luxembourg: You must be a citizen of Luxembourg or have the right to reside in Luxembourg.
  • Spain: You must be a citizen of Spain or have the right to reside in Spain.
  • Italy: You must be a citizen of Italy or have the right to reside in Italy.
  • France: You must be a citizen of France or have the right to reside in France.
  • Netherlands: You must be a citizen of the Netherlands or have the right to reside in the Netherlands.
  • Portugal: You must be a citizen of Portugal or have the right to reside in Portugal.
  • Austria: You must be a citizen of Austria or have the right to reside in Austria.
  • Belgium: You must be a citizen of Belgium or have the right to reside in Belgium.

Unfortunately, we're unable to support customers based in Prohibited Jurisdictions.
