Does CoinJar have phone support?
Premium phone support is available for select CoinJar Exchange members. It's not available to all CoinJar members. Eligible members will be able to view phone support options in their CoinJar's Settings.
What if I'm not eligible?
If you're not eligible, don't worry. Our dedicated Support Team will help you via Support request.
You can submit a new Support request or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions, at any time. The team will get back to you within 24 hours — and often sooner.
How do I call CoinJar Support?
To call CoinJar, you'll need to provide your customer number and your phone support PIN. You can find both of these details in your CoinJar's Settings.
- Head over to your CoinJar's Settings to view your customer number, and to set up your 4-8 digit phone support PIN.
- Call us on 1300 COINJAR (1300 264 652). Or, use our local line (03) 8518 4868.
- Select option '1' for Support.
- Provide your customer number and phone support PIN. We'll then connect you to the next available Support Team member.
You should connect to a team member quickly. If your hold period is longer than a few minutes, you'll be able to leave a voicemail and we'll call you back shortly after.
Phone support is available from 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday (Melbourne time). We don't provide phone support during Victoria public holidays or weekends.
What reasons can I call for?
You can phone us with any questions that you may have about your CoinJar. Some queries are easier to discuss over the phone, and we're happy to take the time to help out any way we can.
Some issues may need the help of another CoinJar Team. If this is the case, we'll escalate your request for you and keep you updated by either phone or email.
