To complete the verification process, you will need a valid Government ID document and the document's details to confirm its authenticity.
If you choose to use your Driver's Licence as your proof of identity, you will need to supply us with your licence number as well as the card number of your licence.
You can determine the location of your card number on your Driver’s Licence by selecting the relevant State or Territory from the list below.
Australian Capital Territory
The licence number will appear under ‘Licence No.’ on the front of the card. The card number appears next to your photo on the card.
New South Wales
The licence number appears under ‘Licence No.’ on the front of the card. Find the card number on the front on the top right.
Northern Territory
The driver’s licence number appears under ‘Licence Number’ on the front of the card. The card number is visible at the bottom of the back of the card.
Queensland
The driver’s licence number appears under ‘Licence No.’ on the front of the card.
South Australia
The driver’s licence number appears under ‘Licence No.’ on the front of the card. The card number can be found on the back in the top right of the card.
Tasmania
The driver’s licence number appears under ‘LIC NO.’ on the front of the card. The card number can be located on the top right on the back of the card.
Victoria
Your driver’s licence number appears under ‘LICENCE NO.’ on the front of the card. The card number appears on the back in small font on the right hand side. If you have a newer Victorian licence, you can find the card number listed under 'CARD NO.'.
Western Australia
The driver’s licence number appears under ‘Licence Number’ on the front of The card. The card number can be found on the back in the top right.
