Your crypto deposit addresses are changing
As part of its infrastructure improvements, CoinJar is replacing cryptocurrency deposit addresses for SOL (Solana), Solana blockchain tokens (USDC, RENDER, WIF, BONK, TRUMP), ADA (Cardano), and DOT (Polkadot).
To deposit the above tokens, please update your app and get a new deposit address by following these steps:
- Select Deposit
- Select Cryptocurrency
- Choose the cryptocurrency that you’d like to deposit
Please note: This change is mandatory for all customers holding the above assets.
Crypto withdrawals from CoinJar and internal crypto transfers using a CoinJar username between CoinJar customers or between CoinJar and CoinJar Exchange won't be impacted.
All existing customer balances remain secure and unaffected. This change enhances overall security and improves system reliability. Customer funds will remain protected throughout the transition.
What happens if I accidentally deposit crypto to the legacy address?
Legacy addresses will continue to receive deposits until September 1, 2025.
As of September 1, 2025, legacy addresses will no longer be supported, and customers may experience significant delays with no guarantee of recovery.
How do I know if I’m using a new deposit address?
To ensure you're using a new deposit address, please always keep your app updated and follow the steps above.
If you have any questions about locating your new addresses, our support team is available to help.
