From time to time, CoinJar may mark your outgoing cryptocurrency transactions for review. This review process depends on a large variety of factors, based on protecting you and your CoinJar account.

CoinJar understands these processes can be frustrating, but rest assured CoinJar has taken steps to protect you and your account. It's important to understand:

• how your money will be managed by the recipient and exactly who is handling the funds.
• if the recipient can be trusted, and is telling you the full truth about why you are making this transaction
• that CoinJar and your bank cannot reverse any transactions you make out of CoinJar.

How long will it take to review my transaction?

CoinJar endeavours to review all transactions within 24 hours. In some cases, we may require more information from you in order to complete our review.
