What are CoinJar Referrals?
CoinJar Referrals allow you to invite friends or family to join CoinJar by sharing your unique referral code during their sign-up process. They can enter this code when signing up and verifying their account.
Referring others helps them get started with a trusted platform, and it's a great way to share the benefits of using CoinJar with people you know.
Referral rules
To ensure your referral is successfully tracked, there are a few things to keep in mind:

CoinJar uses cookies to track referrals. Your friend's or family's browser will need to be set to store cookies — otherwise, the referral may not be recorded.

Don't spam, send unsolicited emails, or advertise your referral link commercially. Abuse of the referral program may result in disqualification.

Your friend will need to verify their identity for the referral to be considered valid.
How to refer a friend or family member:
Via the website
- Navigate to 'More' and select 'Invite friends'.
- You'll be shown a referral link onscreen. Share this link with friends and family to invite them to join CoinJar.
Via mobile
- Navigate to 'More' in the bottom right-hand corner of your homepage.
- Tap on 'Invite friends'.
- Tap on 'Share referral code'.
- You can then copy your referral link or share it with friends and family directly via your favourite apps.
Once your referee signs up using your link and verifies their identity, their account will be successfully linked to your referral.
