Lodging a dispute about your CoinJar account
If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your CoinJar account (buying/selling, sending/receiving or storing your cryptocurrencies), you may contact us by:

We aim to resolve your complaint within 3 business days, or within 14 calendar days if your complaint requires further investigation or internal escalation.
CoinJar Card disputes
Lodging a dispute about your CoinJar Card
If your complaint or dispute relates to the use of your CoinJar Card (and the transactions made on your card), you may contact us by:

If we are unable to resolve your complaint regarding your CoinJar Card within 14 days, we will refer your complaint to EML Payment Solutions Limited (issuer of the CoinJar Card) or you can also escalate your complaint to them.
