Ordering a CoinJar Card is easy and can be completed in just 4 steps:

1. Head over to the CoinJar app and tap on the Card tab.
2. Confirm your personal information and your mobile number.
3. Review the PDS (Product Disclosure Statement), Financial Services Guide, and CoinJar's Terms of Service. Tick the declaration if you wish to proceed.
4. Tap Confirm.

Your digital CoinJar Card is now active and ready for use!

Requirements and important information

• The ability to order CoinJar Card is only available in the CoinJar app. You will not be able to order CoinJar Card on our website.
• You must only use an active mobile number that belongs to you. If the pre-filled mobile number is outdated or incorrect, please contact CoinJar Support.
• You must add your digital CoinJar Card to an Apple Wallet or Google Pay in order to make in-store purchases. Click here for more information.

Ordering your physical CoinJar Card

1. Head over to the CoinJar app and tap on the Card
2. Tap on Manage Card.
3. Tap on Order physical card and Get started.
4. Check that your name is correct and enter your delivery address.
5. Review the Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide, and CoinJar's Terms of Service. Tick the declaration if you wish to proceed.
6. Tap Confirm order.

Your order has now been placed. Delivery of the physical card may take up to 15-20 business days.

Requirements and important information

• The ability to order a physical CoinJar Card is only available in the CoinJar app. 
• You will need an active digital CoinJar Card before you can order a physical CoinJar Card.
• You must specify a valid, physical Australian address. CoinJar cannot divert your card to another address once the order has been processed.

Activating your physical CoinJar Card

You’ll need to activate your physical CoinJar Card once it arrives:

1. Open the packaging that contains your CoinJar Card.
2. Open the CoinJar app and head over to the Card
3. Tap on Manage Card and Activate your card in the Card actions section.
4. Take note of the 9-digit alphanumeric activation code on the back of your Card and enter it when prompted.
5. Tap Activate card.
6. Follow the prompts to set a PIN.
