Disable your lost or damaged CoinJar Card
If you believe that your card has become lost, stolen, or compromised, please disable your card immediately via the CoinJar app:
- Head over to the CoinJar app and scroll down to the Explore section.
- Swipe left and tap on the CoinJar Card tab.
- Tap on Manage Card.
- Tap on the toggle next to Card active.
Once you've done this, please contact CoinJar Support so that we can issue a replacement and provide additional guidance if you need to dispute any transactions.
