From 1st of July 2025, unverified CoinJar customers will no longer be able to receive cryptocurrency into their accounts.

• You will not be able to generate new crypto deposit addresses.
  
  
• You will not be able to receive crypto via your CoinJar username.

What should you do next?

To continue receiving cryptocurrency to your CoinJar account, verify your identity.

Verification is quick and can be completed in the CoinJar app or on our website.

What can you still do if you don’t go through the verification process?

You’ll still be able to:

• Send or withdraw any existing cryptocurrency from your CoinJar account.
  
  
• Complete identity verification to restore full access to all features.
