If you have a complaint or dispute relating to your CoinJar account (buying/selling, sending/receiving or storing cryptocurrencies), you may contact us by:

EML Money DAC is solely responsible for resolving complaints in relation to CoinJar Card. CoinJar Support will refer any complaints arising from the use of CoinJar Card to EML Money DAC on your behalf.
