Creating and managing price alerts

CoinJar can send you push notifications for daily prices updates at your preferred times, and set threshold price alerts to notify you when the price for any of our supported currencies goes above or below a certain amount.

Creating a daily price alert

A daily price alert is triggered at a certain time of day, every day, to keep you up to date with the current price of any of CoinJar's supported cryptocurrencies.

1. From the More tab, select Price alerts
2. Select the + icon in the top right
3. Select Daily price alert
4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to create an alert for
5. Select the time you want to be alerted
6. Select Save price alert

Creating a threshold price alert

A threshold price alert allows you to set up and receive alerts when the price of one of CoinJar's supported cryptocurrencies is above or below the threshold you set.

1. From the More tab, select Price alerts
2. Select the + icon in the top right
3. Select Threshold price alert
4. Select the cryptocurrency you want to create an alert for
5. Enter the amount you want to be alerted about. The screen will automatically adjust the threshold to be above or below the current price of that cryptocurrency
6. Select Save price alert

Once the threshold has been reached and the alert has been triggered, the threshold alert will be removed from your configured price alerts.
